Order & Shipping
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Orders usually leave our warehouse on the same or next business day.
Can I return products?
Unopened and unused products can be returned within the return period. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened products. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
Which brands does BEYONDSKIN carry?
We curate exclusively premium concept care: MBR® Medical Beauty Research, MSB® Cosmeceuticals, Monika Heiligmann Paris and Swisskern — the same products we use in our treatments.
Will I receive a personal product consultation?
Yes, of course. Contact us via WhatsApp or at glow@beyond-skin.ch — we’ll advise you just like in the studio, only online.

How do I book a treatment?
The easiest way is via WhatsApp or by phone at +41 76 741 75 03. All treatments are by appointment only.
Where do the treatments take place?
In our penthouse medspa at Freigutstrasse 12, 8002 Zurich — a discreet and private space in the heart of the city.
Which treatment is right for me?
Our rituals are tailored to your skin. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to advise you in advance — just message us via WhatsApp.
Are treatments available as a course?
Yes. Fruit acid, ultrasound, needling, and our body rituals are available as course sets of 3 to 10 sessions — some include matching skincare products. See the treatment pages for details.
