1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed in the BEYONDSKIN online shop. The version valid at the time of order is binding. Deviating terms only apply if we have explicitly agreed to them in writing.
2. Contracting Party

3. Offer and Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a binding offer. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products in your shopping cart. You will then receive an order confirmation by email; the contract is concluded upon this confirmation.
We may refuse an order, particularly if a product is unavailable, in case of obvious price or product errors, or if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately in such cases.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Any shipping costs will be displayed separately in the checkout before order completion. The prices at the time of order apply.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the checkout. Depending on the payment method, the amount will be charged or reserved at the time of order completion.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the countries offered in the checkout. Orders usually leave our warehouse on the same or next business day; stated delivery times are approximate. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you immediately and refund any amounts already paid.
Risk and ownership pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect the shipment upon receipt and report any transport damage within 7 days to glow@beyond-skin.ch.
For international deliveries, import duties, customs fees, and taxes may apply. These are your responsibility unless already indicated in the checkout.
6. Returns
Our terms for withdrawal and returns, which can be accessed in the online shop, apply to product returns.
7. Warranty
We sell only original products sourced directly and authoritatively. If a product is defective upon receipt or you received the wrong product, please report this within 7 days of receipt, including your order number and a photo, to glow@beyond-skin.ch. At our discretion, we will provide a replacement or refund the purchase price; we will cover the return shipping costs in this case. Mandatory statutory warranty rights remain reserved.
8. Application and Compatibility
Our products are highly effective cosmetics. Please follow the manufacturer’s application and warning instructions on the packaging and leaflet. For sensitive skin, we recommend testing a new product on a small area first. If redness, itching, or other incompatibilities occur, discontinue use and consult a professional if needed. Our product information and advice do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
9. Liability
We are liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability under the Product Liability Act and for personal injury remains unaffected.
10. Treatments at the Medspa
Treatments presented on the website are not purchased via the online shop but arranged in person, e.g., via WhatsApp. The terms communicated during appointment scheduling apply to treatments.
11. Data Protection
How we process your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Amendments
We may adjust these GTC at any time. The version published in the online shop at the time of your order applies to your order.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Zurich. Mandatory jurisdictions and protective provisions in favor of consumers remain reserved.
